H. A. Walker
Hayley is an independent author based in Western Australia. Originally from the UK, she lives with her husband and two young girls. Horse obsessed since she was little, Hayley crafts stories full of magic and emotion. A prolific tea drinker, if she isn't writing you'll find her curled up with one of too many craft projects.

She is a qualified and experienced small animal veterinary nurse and holds a National Diploma in Equine Studies. Animals and mythical creatures in fiction is one of her true loves, and she really enjoys reading and writing about them.

Having visited Finland in 2016 and 2019, she fell in love with the Nordic countries and gets her inspiration for the Trinitor Chronicles from their mythology and rugged landscapes.
You don't have to be a horse lover to read her fantasy books, although she crafted the Trinitor Chronicles in particular, for those little girls who grew up reading epic horse tales such as The Last Unicorn. The Arwen chase scene in LOTR is part of her lore.

Supporting fellow indie authors is incredibly important to her, and she is always willing to help out new authors in any way she can.
​
She is staunchly against AI within creative spaces, including writing, editing and artwork. All of her works are written amidst school drop-offs and nap times.
